The National Council, BSA, has released the "Centennial" Requirements along with the 12th edition of the Boy Scout Handbook! ALL INCOMING SCOUTS WILL FOLLOW THE "CR's" IMMEDIATELY. ANY SCOUTS WHO STARTED WITH THE "11th EDITION REQS" WILL CONTINUE WITH THAT EDITION!!
